Construction Project Manager / Sales Representative

Specialty: Roofing, Siding & Decking

Job Description: We are seeking a driven Construction Project Manager to oversee sales and project coordination for residential exterior construction projects, including roofing, siding, decking, and related services. This role manages the full process—from lead generation and inspection through project completion—while maintaining high standards of customer service and workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and field marketing
Conduct on-site inspections for roofing, siding, decking, and exterior construction projects
Present estimates and close sales with homeowners
Manage projects from contract signing through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and quality execution
Maintain accurate documentation of sales, projects, and customer communication

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based compensation with draw
Uncapped commission with high income potential
Semi-monthly pay schedule
Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle
Company-provided equipment (cellphone, ladder)

Requirements:

Comfortable with door-to-door lead generation and sales
Experience in roofing, siding, decking, or construction preferred (training provided)
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment
